Introducing to Atlantic Canada
Meridian Farms pacing stallion line up for 2014 includes two outstanding new stallion prospects to compliment our strong roster.
Westwardho Hanover p,1.49.3 $691,023 brings to Atlantic Canada a next generation combination of size, conformation and exceptional pedigree. This son of Dragon Again won major stakes at two and three competing against the best in North America. His maternal line includes his dam who has produced winners of over $2.15 million and a deep fast pedigree. Westwardho Hanover gives breeders in Atlantic Canada the opportunity to breed to a young, modern stallion with a classic pedigree. His service fee, like all Meridian Stallions in Atlantic Canada, is $750 live foal.
Multiple Stakes winner Pang Shui p,3,1.50.4 $535,699 is another next generation sire who needs no introduction to breeders in Atlantic Canada. Pang Shui showed precocious speed at two and raced against the best in North America at three. His dam has already produced winners of over $2.85 million producing early speed and toughness. In Pang Shui we are introducing another modern age stallion to Atlantic Canada for our always fair service fee of $750 live foal.
We invite breeders to visit our farm in Milton, PEI to see what the future of racing in Atlantic Canada looks like.
Meridian Stallion Roster - 2014 - Western Canada
For 2014, Meridian Farms of High River, Alberta has a stallion roster that features Alberta's top money winning sire of two and three year olds plus an outstanding supporting cast including two exciting new additions.
CAMYSTIC, p,1.49.4 $779,728 returns after a career year in 2013. His progeny led all three year olds in western Canada with $268,447 in earnings to mid-November. A stand out 2013 two year old crop has earned $205,679 to date, second in Alberta to Brandons Cowboy.
MYSTERY CHASE, p,3,1.49.2 $774,667 stands for his third season in 2014. Mystery Chased raced against an outstanding group of colts that included Somebeachsomewhere, Shadow Play and Art Official. He brings to western Canada the rare combination of high speed and toughness.
TEST FLIGHT, p,1.50.4 $502,823 is a son of Mach Three from the Beach Towel mare Suntan. He exhibited good early speed in multiple stakes wins and gives western Canadian breeders an opportunity to tap into the hottest sire line in North America.
Our two new additions for 2014 complete a stallion roster that we believe will meet the demands of breeders in western Canada. They are:
WINK N ATCHA p,1.50.4 $601,447 a young, talented son of Dragon Again from the Artsplace mare Kiss My Lips. This good looking multiple stakes winning stallion brings a fresh sire line to Alberta where he stands his first season.
ANDREOLI HANOVER p,1.50.3 $666,364 is a fast and rich son of The Panderosa from one of the richest maternal families in racing. We believe the stallion line that Brandons Cowboy made dominant in western Canada will be well represented by Andreoli Hanover.
All of our western Canadian stallions are offered for $750 live foal (GST included) with loyalty discounts available. We welcome visitors to the farm just west of High River, Alberta to look at our stallions. We transport semen anywhere in North America.
